Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Fotia candles. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

1. PROCESSING YOUR ORDER 

An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase. 

2. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME 

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. 

After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within a specific day. We will contact you for some reason there are any delays. 

However, Some orders may ship within as few as 2 days and some may take up to 14 days. 

3. SHIPMENT LOCATIONS

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Fotia ships Australia-wide using trusted postal and courier services.

  • Standard and express shipping options are available at checkout.

  • Delivery timeframes vary by location, with most orders arriving within 3–7 business days for standard and 1–3 business days for express.

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

  • Please allow additional time during public holidays or peak seasons.

International Shipping

  • Fotia offers international shipping to selected regions, including but not limited to New Zealand, North America, Europe, and Asia.

  • Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Most international orders arrive within 7–21 business days, though delays may occur due to customs or local postal services.

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applied by the destination country.Please note that some regions may not be eligible for shipping due to restrictions or carrier limitations.

Additional Information

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days before dispatch.

Fotia is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@fotiacandles.com.au within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist you.

4. SHIPMENT RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES 

Fotia candles endeavours to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not always guaranteed. We will make every effort to fulfil your order.
