3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically and internationally where indicated on our website. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

Fotia is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses that occur once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue.

Refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
